This Privacy Policy explains how Lovada("we", "us", "Operator") collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Data when you use the dating service at https://lovada.net ("Service").

• Account & registration: email address, password (stored in hashed form), display name, date of birth.
• Profile: gender, city/region, photos (public or private), bio, dating preferences, and other details you choose to share.
• Communications: messages sent through the Service and support requests.
• Payments: transaction confirmations from payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Device & connection: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers where available.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, login times, and online presence indicators (such as last seen).
• Location: general location based on profile city or IP-derived region, not precise GPS unless you choose to share it in your profile.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

Third-party sources

If you sign in through a third-party provider in the future, we may receive basic profile information you authorize. Payment providers confirm successful transactions.

We process Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service, creating your Account, showing profiles and matches — performance of a contract.
• Processing sensitive dating-related information (such as preferences that may reveal sexual orientation) — your explicit consent when you complete your profile.
• Security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our Terms — legitimate interests and legal obligations.
• Service emails (verification, password reset, essential notices) — contract performance and legitimate interests.

• Legal compliance — legal obligation.

Because Lovada is a dating platform, some information you provide may be considered sensitive under privacy laws (for example, information revealing sexual orientation or intimate preferences).

We process such data only with your explicit consent when you enter it in your profile or preferences, or where you make it public on your profile. You may withdraw consent at any time by removing the data or deleting your Account, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We use cookies and browser storage (including localStorage) to operate the Service, remember your language preference, maintain login sessions, and improve security.

Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be used only with your consent where required by law. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit functionality.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share data with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality and data processing terms.
